- For the April 2, 2024 Presidential Primary ONLY – the Lakeview Elementary School is NOT available.
  - If your election district is Carmel 11, Carmel 13 or Carmel 15, you will be voting at the Mahopac Middle School, 425 Baldwin Place Rd., Mahopac NY 10541.
  - If your election district is Carmel 23 or Carmel 24, you will be voting at the Carmel Town Hall, 60 McAlpin Ave., Mahopac NY 10541.

Request a Ballot and Application Information –Will you be out of Putnam County on Election Day? Click here for information on how you may still cast your vote. Early Mail and Absentee applications for Ballots are accepted and processed 365 days a year. Once the ballots for a specific election (Special, Primary, General, Presidential, Village) become available, and a correctly completed application is received, the ballots are mailed on a daily basis.
