2026 EARLY VOTING

Putnam County will be participating in Early Voting for the 2026 Primary and General Election. There will be nine days when registered voters will be able to cast their ballot prior to the Primary Election and the General Election.

The early voting process is the same as on Primary and General Election Day. When you arrive at the early voting location, you will sign the electronic poll book, mark your ballot, and cast it on the voting machine. The early voting polling location will have sample ballots available if you would like to review the ballot before you vote. You may ask an election inspector for assistance if necessary.

All early voting poll sites are accessible to voters with physical disabilities.

If you are unable to appear at the polls during the Early Voting period or on Election Day, you may still vote by Mail.
